We are pleased to announce the creation of Tanamera Commercial Brokerage, LLC. Created from a distinctly unique combination of commercial real estate planning, development, construction and brokerage, Tanamera Commercial Brokerage ("Tanamera") is a Greater Reno-Tahoe based commercial real estate brokerage firm focusing on the leasing and sales of Office, Retail, and Industrial and related investment properties.

Kevin Annis, CCIM has joined Tanamera Commercial Brokerage, LLC as the Company Broker and Sales/Leasing Representative. Prior to joining Tanamera, Kevin worked for TD Realty Advisors and Colliers International in Reno Nevada. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco, is the current President of the northern Nevada CCIM chapter and is into his 7th year specializing in the leasing and sales of properties throughout northern Nevada.

Mike Van Blaricom joined Tanamera Commercial Brokerage, LLC as an Office Sales/Leasing Representative. Mike previously spent 5 years with TD Realty Advisors specializing in leasing and sales of office properties. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oral Roberts University and has been in the real estate sales and leasing business for over 16 years throughout northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe.

Scott Borgia has also joined Tanamera Commercial Brokerage, LLC as an Office Sales/Leasing Specialist. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico and brings a combined 25 years of commercial real estate experience in Reno and the Silicon Valley to the TC Brokerage team. Scott's cornerstone of success has been repeat and referral business earned through many years of consistent production and by putting his client's interests first.
