Tanamera Construction, LLC ("TC") is a full service residential and commercial development and general construction company headquartered in Reno, Nevada. The company specializes in master planned developments and higher end residential and commercial projects in the greater northern Nevada region. TD (through its predecessor company - Double Diamond Homes and Tanamera Commercial Development) was formed in 1995 to develop the Double Diamond Ranch 3,300 home master planned community in south Reno and has since grown into one of the largest local real estate development and construction companies in northern Nevada. Since1995, TC and its four principals have developed (or currently have under development and in planning) over 2,400,000 square feet of commercial space including the development and construction of approximately 719,000 square feet of retail space, 1,400,000 square feet of class "A" office and industrial space, 140,000 square feet of medical office space, 120,000 square feet of hotel space and 275 acres of master planned corporate business centers. Additionally, TC and its principals have also developed and constructed (or currently have underdevelopment or in planning) approximately 6,200 single family and multi-family residential lots in master planned communities and over 3,000 single family and multi-family residential units. TC is both a development and a general construction company which currently employs approximately 25 professionals. These professionals assist in construction management, build-to-suit design and financing of its current development projects and third party construction and build-to-suit accounts, and through its affiliates, TC markets, sells and manages the company's development properties.
