The Builders Association of Northern Nevada holds the annual Bann-er Awards saluting the best in new home construction, design and marketing. This monumental event highlights both national builders and local builders alike. This year Tanamera Development, in competition with the major national homebuilders came out on top, bringing home 6 different awards this year ranging from "Best New Production Home Up to 2,000 SF" to "Best Commercial Property for Sparks Galleria."  
The team at Tanamera has been building and developing locally for 14 years and has the experience and expertise to locally outshine such national names as Lennar and Centex Homes.   The marketing team for Tanamera has years of experience as well, the team cleaned up at the event pulling in awards for "Best Website, Best Logo Design and Best Sign Program."  Not only are the staff and marketing team a huge success but the sales team for all four projects are amazing, Jo Shaw won the "Outstanding Sales Person" award highlighting that Tanamera is plainly a well rounded outfit that is here to stay.
