Did someone say free gas? Yes, we did! From May17, 2008 until June 29, 2008 you can enter to win a "Years Worth of Free Gas," for your vehicle, complements of Tanamera Development. You can simply enter to win at any or all of our 4 award winning communities located in Sparks and Reno. All of our single family communities offer homes to accommodate any size family with square footages ranging from 1,416 to 3,724. So stop on by and tour any of our 18 models to enter the drawing.  One drawing entry per family per community.  Gas for a year based on 12,000 miles driven per year at 25 miles per gallon at $3.70 per gallon. Drawing held June 30, 2008.  Need not be present to win.
